Order Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy

At GODSPEEDGEAR, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains how cancellations, modifications, returns, and refunds are handled. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation, and before the order has entered the packaging or shipping stage.

  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

  • A 6.9% + $1 processing fee will be deducted from the refund for all cancellations to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.

2. Order Modifications

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has been packed or shipped.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from its description.

  • The order fails to arrive within the guaranteed timeframe.

  • The incorrect item was received.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Your order number and full name

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue (such as packaging or product condition)

Once verified, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • You must initiate the request within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery, whichever is later.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Exchanges

We will replace items free of charge if they arrive damaged, defective, or are lost due to a carrier error.
If the delivery failure results from an incorrect address or customer-provided error, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping or reordering.

6. Non-Refundable and Restricted Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Custom-made or pre-order products (unless defective)

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or modification

  • Orders delayed due to customs inspections, weather, or uncontrollable logistics factors

7. Delivery Issues

If your package cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information, please contact us promptly.
In cases where the shipment is returned or destroyed due to incorrect customer details, GODSPEEDGEAR will not be responsible for replacement or refund.

8. International Orders

International customers may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
